Hi Bruno,

Fred played an active role in organizing and hosting GNOME.Asia 2008 along
with Emily Chen. His enthusiasm, chairing and translating went a long ways
towards making the event a success. He now actively participates in the
Beijing GNOME users group as well as the asia-summit list that is helping
organize GNOME.Asia 2009.

I support his application to the GNOME Foundation.
