Hey there,

Scott is leading the Ubuntu Desktop team at the moment which is working
mainly on GNOME, he's been around in the GNOME community, at GUADEC, etc
for several years now. He probably didn't contribute much to the GNOME
code directly but did quite some work on lower stack components and is
an active contributors to discussions especially since his work involve
leading a team doing quite some work on GNOME
