Heikki has been taking care of packaging Evolution since 2.4.x, when he
joined the Debian GNOME team.

Maintaining evolution in Debian is not only technically demanding; the
amount of bugs it receives in the Debian bug tracker needs someone who
can take care of processing them. Heikki and his team mates handle the
Evolution packages very well, allowing Debian to have up-to-date, tested
and working packages of a key GNOME component.
