Jorge is a fantastic force in the GNOME community.  His energy and
encouragement are palpable.  His work as an advocate of and
participant in GNOME and free software by writing articles, blogging,
speaking, working at Canonical, and generally connecting people is
incredibly valuable.  He would make a great official member of the
GNOME foundation.
