Dear Jeff, Luis and Owen,

The GNOME Foundation Membership Committee needs more information to
process the application of Travis Reitter. Since [he/she] has listed
you as the primary contact, the committee would like you to list the
contributions that Travis Reitter has made for the GNOME community in
recent times. Your input will be greatly appreciated to help us to make
a fair and informed decision in the granting or denying the applicant as
a foundation member.

I think Travis's project Soylent is a very interesting start towards
improving the way we handle the concept of "people" on the desktop.
Beyond contributing the code for Soylent (which was working and
demo'able at GUADEC last year), Travis has attended multiple GNOME
events and contributed significantly to discussion about people
management. Travis's contributions are definitely worthy of foundation
membership.
