I'm starting on the membership committee now. It's a great pleasure
make part of the team. I want to help more and more. A TODO list will
be very useful for we, newbies.

I guess all the information in the file should be on the
http://live.gnome.org/MembershipCommittee. I loved your rewrite and
your suggestions.
