I'll take a look at to it, but I remember that it was not checking any
field below contact information for renewals, because they are optional.
That reason I might not check renewal part of the code. But it seems
like bug. I remember changing some field names. 

For new applications though it looks like working. Do not seem like a
big problem currently.
