Dear Matt Davey,

The GNOME foundation membership committee needs more information to
process the application of Jerry Yu. Since he has listed
you as the primary contact, the committee would like you to list the
contributions that Jerry Yu has made for the GNOME community in
recent times. Your input will be greatly appreciated to help us to make
a fair and informed decision in the granting or denying the applicant as
a foundation member.

Apologies for the delay in replying.

I am the current maintainer of the gnome-pilot package. Jerry Yu has
been contributing to gnome-pilot for approximately the past 18 months.
In that time he has supplied several useful patches, primarily focussed
on improving support for gnome-pilot on Solaris. He has also been
constructive in helping to verify and resolve related bugs. Most of my
interaction with Jerry has been via bugzilla and the gnome-pilot list.

If you need more detailed information, let me know.

Matt
