I'm not in the Membership list

Hey all!, i did not get any ballot to vote, looking the list in the 
http://foundation.gnome.org/membership/members.php page my name is not 
listed.

I'm member since 2004, and i applied for a renewal in october 2005. Who 
can explain me what's happening?
