no ballot (membership expired?)

Hi,

        I have not received the ballot and I am not on the list of the voters.
My guess is that my membership expired, though as far as I can tell I
have received no notifications requesting it to be renewed.
I now filed a renewal request from the foundation web site.

I guess this kind of situation already happened, though I didn't find
any information on f.g.o explaining if I can still vote in this
election.
