Summary:
Arabic Translation

Detailed description:
Since I became the Arabic Tranlsation Maintainer I translated about 20000 messages. With help from a team 
that I actively lead to translate Gnome we were successful at raising the transalation level from 50% to 
about 85% on gnome.2.16, putting the langauge into the supported category.

I committed transaltions to about every gnome package.

I plan to represent the relatively underrepresented i18n, especially right-to-left languages in the gnome 
foundation. I plan on actively squashing any issues related to rtl languages in Gnome.
