Hi,

Manu has worked on gnome-panel for an Ubuntu SoC 2005 and he's a GNOME
contributor since. He sent patches for different GNOME modules (mainly
for gnome-panel), did some artwork work, contributed to discussions on
IRC and different lists. He's working at the moment on a GTK theme
tester for the current SoC and was present at GUADEC 2006 and friendly
with people there. I think he should be accepted as a foundation member
since he's a valuable member for GNOME
