The GNOME Board has decided that all the helpers from GUADEC 2006 are
very much committed to GNOME and qualify for Foundation membership.

It is with pleasure that I recommend Jose Antonio Verrire Maza as a new
GNOME Foundation Member as he did a fantastic job before and during
GUADEC. He even offered to help out again at coming GUADEC which is
important for the continuation of the work of the organization.
