Detailed description:
* Maintainer of the GtkHTML. As part of this, I fix bugs, review patches and make the community releases. 
Until now, 6 releases have been made by
me, which includes it's stable release for Gnome 2.12.

* Merged the Gnome Application Library (GAL) into evolution and subsequently retired GAL from the Head.

Currently, maintaining GAL widgets code, inside evolution. i.e. mainly involves reviewing GAL related 
evolution patches, and fixing GAL related issues.

* Working in the Gnome project actively for about 3 years. Made many patch contributions to components like 
eog, gnome-applets, gnome-media, nautilus-media, gnome-panel, gnome-vfs, gnome-utils, procman, etc.

* Given cvs commit access, for patch contributions to gnome-applets, by it's maintainer Kevin Vandersloot, 
about 2 years back. Also, included in the gnome-applets-qa-maint alias by him.

* Mentored Gnome trainees in Gnome media components like totem, SJ, gnome-media, under the Nosip (Novell Open 
Source Internship Programme)
for about one year now. Currently mentoring 2 Nosip trainee students in GtkHTML.

Submitted numerous build related fixes when certain  widgets like GtkOptionMenu, etc. got deprecated since 
Gtk+ 2.4, and most of the Gnome components failed to build.
