I think so. I'm going to proceed on this. Then,

* I commit the change in gnome-foundation/application_status.txt [DONE]
* Adding him to gnome-foundation/membership_new.txt [DONE]
* Adding the application to gnome-foundation/applications/approved/.
[DONE]
* Subscribe him to foundation-announce mailing [TODO: How?]
* Then, I'll send him the form-letters/form-letter-accepted.txt
