Sonance
libipoddevice
GOCBuilder
MixMaker
Mono

Detailed description:
Lead developer of Sonance, a multimedia playback and management platform, written in C#/Mono. It is still
under heavy development, but is set for a first stable public release by the end of August 2005. Major
features include a SQLite databaes backend, CD burning, CD ripping, and iPod support.

Developing libipoddevice (see GNOME CVS) to bring native iPod support to GNOME through gnome-volume-manager.
Plans to integrate with Nautilus. The library makes it easy for applications to interface with an iPod
without having to worry about boring device details (Evolution to sync calendars/contacts, for example).

Wrote GOCBuilder, which was turned into an Anjuta2 plugin to generate GObject class templates.

Wrote MixMaker, a GNOME application to burn audio CDs from encoded music files. Project terminated in favor
of a more complete multimedia platform, which is now Sonance.

Actively involved in the Mono community.

Contacts:
Nat Friedman (nat novell com) (heavy interest in Sonance, now a Novell project);

Miguel de Icaza (miguel novell com) (same as Nat);

Larry Ewing (lewing novell com) (helping eachother with iPod support in Sonance and F-Spot (libipoddevice));

Other comments:
---------------
I am enthusiastic about making GNOME more usable, feature complete, and quite simply the best Desktop
Environment on the planet.
