Dear Committee,

Aparecido Quesada has been a big help to Brasilian Gnome Community.  He
works on Inclusion projects in SÃo Paulo on Telecentros (until 2004 the
most greatest project with Gnome on Brasil), teaching Gnome desktop.
Worked also on creation of manuals for users.  On last two Gnome's Forum
he gave lectures for users and on the last one gave 4 hours class.  He
presented and coached news users to use Free Software government on
Paranà with Free Software 8 hours classes.  He is an important partner
in the disclosure and training Gnome and will be in the next year one of
the participants in the organization of the 3rd Forum GNOME Brasil.
