Detailed description:
i am localising gnome into assamese (as_IN). i have begun translating. now that i have created assamese 
locale also, i am expanding my team for speeding up the translation work and then testing the works.

as i am the coordinator of the assamese localization team(not only gnome but all the localization work like 
localization of mandrakelinux(started,http://mandrakelinux.com/l10n/as.php3), openoffice(not started) etc.),
