Thanks for the feedback. I updated the privacy note with your comments.

This is really about transparency: we want people to be able to know
why a decision was taken (e.g. "why was my application rejected?").
I understand that this is not good for privacy and I think it's a valid
concern. Maybe we should talk about this with the board or on
foundation-list?
