Referendum

Hi,

You've probably seen the timeline I proposed for the referendum on
foundation-list [1]
What do you think of it? Does it sound reasonable?

There's some work to do for the referendum (send an announce on
foundation-announce, update the foundation web site, send the
ballots, etc.). Is someone willing to handle some of the tasks?
