Summary:

Detailed description:
Wrote ORBit, linc, and oaf (now ORBit2 and bonobo-activation).
Wrote pieces of basic gnome libraries, including GnomeProgram.
Created the name and basic design of Nautilus.
Created gnome-audio package and maintained esound.
Sysadmin "consultant on call" for emergencies (such as the break-in earlier this year :-)
Occasionally create GNOME patches for Fedora releases and feed them through the Red Hat desktop team.
