Processing the membership renewals

Hi all !

So, if we follow the current guidelines, we have to accept every
well-formed renewal application. Do I understand the guidelines
correctly ?

What about Elliott Lee's renewal ? It is not well-formed. Should we ask
him to fill a new application ?
