Remaining applications before elections

Hi All,

        I have just checked out some of the application_status.txt,
        I found the following applicants need to be processed before
        elections. I just supply some more information based on knowledge of the
        person and the application forms, and see what you guys think:
        

314 Vincent Zhang                 02/10/30

    His involvement in GNOME seemed to have occurred prior to joining Sun.
    I met this guy and had TOI some of the Sun CDE works to him.
    Though his current involvement in GNOME is minimal, but I guess will 
    most likely be more in the near future.
    [ I would recommend his acceptance based on his contribution of 
      Redflag Linux rather than his current contributions at Sun ]

    She seems to create values in the Accessibility end and provide added
    value to GNOME through Mozilla.
    [ I would recommend her acceptance in the QA side of Accessibility and 
      Mozilla. A full QA is hard to come by voluntrily;) ]

    He is evaluating gnome apps for Sun linux distribution of GNOME.
    The role seems a bit small in the GNOME context.
    [ I find it hard to recommned Charlie based on his current contributions,
      ( though there is great potential here ) but I leave it to you guys ].

    I have some contacts with this chap, extremely good technically.
    From the application form he is very enthustiathic.
    [ I recommend his acceptance because I know he will make a good hacker

    Seemed to have make signicant contributions to Mozilla.
    [ I recommend his acceptance on his technical contribution to Mozilla 
      in the accessibility area ]

    Had checked out bugzilla, he seemed to have made some decent bug fixes
    to GTK+.

    A significant Mozilla hacker from the accessibility's point of view.
    [ Accept this guy. An accessibility hacker ]
    
    
    Like I said before, I would not personal process these applicants.
    Here are my knowledge of these guys. Some I have no problem accepting,
    while others I have my own doubts. I think we should give them an answer
    one way or another before the election this year ;)
