show absolute path instead of filename

Hello,

is it possible to show absolute path of the 2 files I am currently viewing?

Currently when I am comparing 2 files, I only see the filenames on top.
Since the filenames are the same (but in different paths) it is
confusing to see which is which.

I did not find any such option in preferences.

Is there a simple way to change this in sourcecode ?
