There shouldn't be any difference between the uninstalled and
installed modes here, except that if you're running uninstalled you
need to run `setup.py build` to make the translations.

Meld doesn't have any switch for this. We'll just use whatever your
session setup is. If you really want to override for a single run,
from the command line you can do e.g., `LANG=de_DE.utf8
/path/to/bin/meld`
