This is a screencap from 3.14.2.  Were you thinking there was another button besides these?

I've just double-checked and the arrow icons in file comparison (in
the middle column) are definitely still there for me. Are these the
icons you're referring to?

I'm currently using 3.14.2, installed from the MSI. How (and what
version) have you installed?
