I reinstalled pygobject introspection. New problems again as following when I run meld.
** (meld:22147): WARNING **: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.a11y.Bus was not provided by any .service files
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "pk-gtk-module"
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module"
(meld:22147): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: No GSettings schemas are installed on the system

What's the problem? Help, please. :)

The only reference to that error I can find suggests that you may need to mess with your PYTHONPATH because of import order issue. This seems... weird, but possible.

My only other guess would be that you may not have the gobject-introspection repository installed.
