feature request

Hi all,

First of all let me thank you for creating such a wonderful project. A friend told me about this project a year back and I have been using it daily. I use it on ubuntu(13.04).

I would like to request two small enhancements:

1. Remember last opened git repo and show it on default instead of manually selecting it.

2. A refresh button to reload if I have reverted some file from command line.

I would like to implement these features if you can help me in getting started. I could not find any guide on the project page.
