RFE: Control initial state from command line.

Hello all,

When comparing projects, I usually disable the "Same" and "New" buttons.
(to reduce the clutter)
Could it be possible to control the "Same", "New" and "Modified" buttons
state from command line. (meld /A /B --no-new --no-same --modified)

RFE 1.1: Would it be possible to store the current configuration of
these switches in the $HOME/.meldrc?
