vcpx library.

Hi Lele,

I'm the author of a diff program which also has some working copy
functionality, which is mostly used as a commit tool. Currently it
supports cvs and svn.

I came across vcpx when using tailor and was very impressed that it
handles so many systems. Also it looks well thought out and engineered.

I'd like to use it for working copy management in meld instead of
reinventing the wheel. Are you interested in developing it as a
standalone library to be used in this way?
