 Previously I never succeeded.
With those 2 'ticks', it finds the first matching byte on the display only.

Once the endianism is determined you can use:
->  cat Log | hexdump | grep 2f3a ==
0000130 2f3a 772f 7777 6b2e 6168 616e 6163 6564
0000230 6f65 2073 2040 3835 202e 6966 656c 2f3a
