Hello,
I have fedora 15 with mc-4.7.5.2-1 (which comes with Fedora 15 distribuition).
In:
/usr/share/doc/mc-4.7.5.2/NEWS
there is a line saying:
" FTPFS: support of IPv6 protocol"
(in the section: Version 4.7.0-pre2).
So I tried using IPV6 with mc.
I open mc, and from the left pane I reach "FTP Link".
It says: Enter machine name.
Now, two short questions:
1) I have an IPV6 FTP server running on a different machine. (with
IPV6 address of fe80::225:18ff:fecf:c932/64)
What should I do in order to connect to it ?
2) I have an IPV6 FTP server running on the local machine. ( ::1/128
on local loopback, lo)
what should I do to connect to it ?
rgs,
Kevin
