Is there some way to get mc to work correctly with rxvt again, or do
I need to stay with earlier versions?
It's because of these nightmare stories, that I fear to 'upgrade'.
Each newer installation, introduces new problems, together with improvements.
One thing I've learned is to migrate my important data-files to a separate,
partition, so that when the OS crashes, I can just run the previous
favourite OS-version,
on the importantly saved data.
Recently I made a mistake, so that X doesn't run.
Fortunately the next-favoured linux installation was available.
AFAIK many users use a monster-browser to do http, News & email.
Don't they loose every thing when the browser crashes ?
