mcedit and mail

Hi, I've just discovered mcedit, and especially I like the fact it
speaks French. But now I've  a question. In Command menu, there's  a
menu Mail... (last of the list). But this editor is not verbose. And I
don't find any information about usage of this menu. I fill To Subject
and CC then I "Submit" but I don't have any message, and the file (which
must be the message) isn't sent.

Is mail menu usable? How? A config to do before?
