Congrats and thanks for v.4.6.0!!

One change is that the ENV variable MC_CONTROL_FILE is gone.
I used it's existence to set my shell's prompt a certain way:

  ~/.bashrc

If you are only interested in bash, you can create file .mc/bashrc and it
will be sourced in the shell that is run by mc.  You can set whatever you
want in that file, including PS1.
