Error: "Cannot create temporary command file"

When I try to run F2 command, sometims I get error message:
"Cannot create temporary command file"
"No such file or directory (2)"

It's a simple command, make file executable
 chmod a+x,o+x %f  

When I exited MC and entered again, it worked OK.

What I am doing wrong?
