I'm proposing to change the foreground color for titles and hotkeys in the
dialog boxes from yellow to blue. To see how it will look you can run:

mc -C dhotnormal=blue,lightgray:dhotfocus=blue,cyan


Hmm, in an xterm, the hotkeys are hardly readable afterwards.  With the
yellow colors, it's easy to spot them.  blue on lightgray is hard.

Better ideas would be appreciated.
