Please remember to specify the version of the software you are reporting
the problem for! The name of your operating system would be useful too.
Just imagine yourself in the position of the maintainers!

Current working directory /stage/exodus/fkwok/mc/mc-4.5.9/src


If it's version 4.5.9 then it's very old. Reporting problems in obsolete
software is like complaining about history - I cannot rewrite history
specially for you!

Please take the current snapshot from http://www.red-bean.com/~proski/mc/
and try it.
