I am seeing a bug when copying files over the network from a remote
system with MC 4.6.2 on Linux Mint 8 Helena -x64 edition. Specifically
the timestamp of the copy is set incorrectly on the local system. For
example:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 dhdurgee dhdurgee 201286285 60056-05-28 01:36 vm110109.zip
when on the remote system:
-rwxr-xr-x 0 root root 201286285 2011-01-09 07:55
/mnt/y_/temp/burn/vm110109.zip
The contents of the file is correct, just the timestamp is wrong. As
you can see from the above the timestamp is readable as ls -l show it.
I of course can correct the timestamp, but it is annoying to have to do so.
