Btw. I don't remember whether we had a discussion why F3 isn't
appropriate. Comment #4 in the discussion above refers to
F3 being using to invoket NC's viewer. While I do remember
that F3 on a file invoked that viewer I don't NC handy to
verify what it does when F3 is pressed on a directory. Anyway
I happen to agree that if most of the NC-like file managers
out there do this we should do it too.
