Using mc in a dtterm

Hi,

I have installed mc-4.6.0-HP-UX on our HP11.00 servers.
Great stuff, however our admins complain about not being able to use the <BackSpace> key. Whenever they press <BackSpace> it in fact generates a <Delete>.

We are running CDE using "dtterm". When looking at the "/usr/local/share/mc/term" directory I also don't see any dtterm.ti file.
Is there any way I can define a "stty erase <Backspace>" (stty erase ^H) in the config? 
When running command-line or just vi, it does work.
