I like the idea of quoting filenames locally. Please apply your patch
when you are happy with it. Thank you!
My only concern is that is makes implementing a fish server more
complicated, but I don't think fish server is a very useful idea. Those
who want 100% reliable connections should use standartized protocols
designed for computer-computer transactions. Yes, I know, we don't
support any of them, but I'd rather see somebody adding sftp or fxp
support than trying to write the fish server.
