Send the material - based on the size I shall confirm by noon India time (early morning Europe) if I can pull it off. I am traveling so dont have a whole lot of time - but can spend 2 to 3 hrs.

If you are looking for a fancy brochure - I cannot do it - am not an artist. A simple document with relevant info in a decent format is up mu alley.

Am assuming the following:

• Output is a regular Letter size or power point type document
• Images & text (material is ready) - I dont have to search anything.
  
• Output will be PDF

How many pages do you expect this to run into?

Do we have a template?

Is there any secondary / tertiary goal apart from giving a document with relevant info to participants?

Is there any expectation of the sponsors that I need to be cognizant of?

Currently, all I have is raw sponsor materials.
