I'm not sure what I'm missing in Doodle, but it doesn't appear to have time zone support enabled right now (thanks to those who sent me an email).

It should be UTC -6.  The first meeting time you'll see says "10:00 a.m" which is 4:00 pm UTC.  I'll take another look in the morning, my apologies for the confusion.
