New Poster: "The GNOME Desktop: Open and Accessible"

Hi Everyone!

I just uploaded the a11y poster that Brad Taylor and I made at the
a11y hackfest last month:

The text doesn't seem to render too well in Firefox so you'll have to
use Inkscape to read it. Feedback is appreciated.
