Actually this happens to us when we need to argue about attending at
GUADEC-ES and GUADEC. For us in South America attending both conference
is the best way to get cheaper fares (more days) and divide the costs
for sponsorhip and hosting.

The problem start when you need to coordinate three conferences from
three differents countries, actually in Chile we do most of the
conferences at the end of the year, mainly october and november, i'm not
sure if happens the same in Peru, Brazil or Argentina.

+1 with chilean contacts, actually we're starting to work on the our
national conference next year, Fer and Mariano attended last year.
