Hi Andre!
I'm more than happy to provide you with a banner using the big, fat bug
that Sebastian Kraft drew. [1]
I wonder when we should put this up exactly. The current one calling for
papers for Guadec, can stay up for March 12th as longest, but then we
have we have the 2.18 release coming that needs to be announced with
bells and whistles and stay up for at least 3 weeks or something.
Perhaps a solution could be to have a smaller banner beneath the 2.18 one.
