If we change the terminology, it would require many pages on GNOME Live
to be adjusted to suit, which would be unnecessary effort. Just Remember
the bars like below:

General Nav Bar - takes you to subsites
Primary Nav Bar - Pages in subsite.
Secondary Bar - Page Navigation for related pages.

The layout svg on http://live.gnome.org/GnomeWeb/PageStructure clearly
labels these components. The page at
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeWeb/Navigation also describes the bars in the
same manor. However as there seems to be some confusion, I suppose a
description of the three bars on the
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeWeb/Navigation page would suffice. I shall
add these descriptions shortly.
