This is all accurate. But :) 

* 'first' time implies it'll be repeating (which is not really the
case, we definitely intend to continue moving GUADEC around as we have
in the past, despite the goodness of Barcelona)

* I think the board generally wanted to downplay the linkage between
the two conferences- we might want to leave that out until we figure
out the relationship more concretely.
