I have setup gnome-speech and test-speech shows me:
1: OAFIID:GNOME_Speech_SynthesisDriver_Festival:proto0.3
2: OAFIID:GNOME_Speech_SynthesisDriver_FreeTTS:proto0.3

Select a server:
an the 2nd server runs fine. but the first server is failed to test.
